Hands down the best asada quesadilla in Omaha. Made with a homemade corn tortilla, toasted to perfection with a crisp exterior and satisfying bite. The cheese is browned and melty, adding an extra layer of flavor that was honestly my favorite part. Huge portion, great price, and it came with fresh limes, onion, cilantro, and a variety of salsas on the side. The cucumber lime agua fresca was super refreshing and not overly sweet. Friendly service made the experience even better. The only drawback is the limited hours—open until 5 PM every day except Tuesdays, when they’re closed. Be aware that some online menu photos show outdated hours. Can’t wait to go back!

Came here for the quesadilla after seeing a tiktok(as many others have) and was still surprised. I came in at 8am on break at work and got a quesadilla with pastor and asada and it was one of the best food experiences I've had in Omaha. The homemade tortillas are life changing, so soft yet they manage to hold a heaping quesadilla together with no issue. I love that they give you the option to add your own cilantro, onions, and lime and both the salsas were amazing. I took my first bite with the red and thought I'd be dying but they seem to get the perfect flavor without an unnecessary amount of heat. I ordered an horchata as well which was very nicely spiced, definitely my favorite horchata in town. My friend got tacos al pastor and Jamaica and agreed it's the best pastor in town and the most Jamaica-centered jamaica hes had. 100% recommended, I can't wait to come back and try the rest of the menu.

The Asada Quesadilla is glorious. The meat is perfect and the fluffy corn tortilla is uniquely delicate and full of flavor. I should have taken a photo but I couldn’t stop eating from the first bite.

After hearing a raving review online I stumbled in on a Saturday alongside a ton of others who have obviously seen the same video. Though the wait matched the crowd, it was 100% worth it. One can expect to have to wait a little when there are 15 orders in front of your own. No one seemed to mind because the moment the food arrived it all made perfect sense. The carne asada quesadilla reminded me of my grandmothers. Freshly made corn tortillas along with arguably the best aguas frescas in Omaha. The strawberry water and the cucumber lemon are worth the visit alone. But I will 100% be back for the quesadilla and the menudo. 10/10 on seasoning & prep. Looking forward to seeing this small family owned business expand.

Came to try it out after we saw a viral TikTok and it did not disappoint! Mi esposo and I both got Tortas al pastor. They were prepared so well - amazing flavor, and I loved how they got the cheese the perfect blend of melty and crisped up from the griddle. The salsas both have just the right amount of heat, but don’t mask up the amazing flavors of the pork. Salsa Roja or verde - you can’t go wrong with either one! This is a family business that is well worth supporting!

Seen the viral video and traveled to omaha from minnesota had to try this place. It was simply amazing the agua frescas are all amazing and fresh. The food was the best quesadilla was the best. Tortas was great as well I recommend the lengua. The staff is so friendly and amazing.

I can’t love this place enough! Everything is fresh and made to order and the homemade tortillas are next level. You should also try one of their aquas fescas, absolutely delicious. Friendly service with a nice at home type of vibe. Family owned and operated. Probably the best Mexican food in Omaha. Highly recommend.
